Yes, I'm inclined to agree, but this is like waiting for the results of my labs, desperately hoping they don't reveal any serious health issues. I've always voted, but I've never been so concerned about the results of an election. I suppose that's because I've never worried about whether democracy would survive previous elections...even in 2016. I was concerned in 2020, but not as much as I am right now. I so look forward to the day when I never have to hear the word tRump ever again. It may have five letters, but it's the most vulgar 4-letter word I know of.

Take a look at Apache County, AZ. 😡 A large amount of it is on the Navajo and Apache Reservations, as well as some of the land holdings of the Zuni Reservation. The Native Americans tend to vote Blue. The few voting machines in this huge county are "malfunctioning" right now and "authorities" are trying to turn some voters away. The Navajo Nation Gov. is pretty steamed about it. They are also running out of provisional paper ballots and I saw nothing in the media about bringing them more. The Native Americans' votes pulled Joe Biden into the winning column in 2020-isn't it "interesting" these machines are malfunctioning today?
When I was studying Spanish and Mexico around 36 years ago, they had a nationwide election. The PRI Party had been in power for nearly 50 years but, during this election, the PAN party was winning. “Mysteriously,” the entire country lost electricity and the next day, when the electricity was restored, the PRI had won the election! It’s sad that this seems to be happening again here in the United States and to the native peoples. 😢😡
Every time Fox News, Eric Trump, Lara Trump, Laura Loomer, etc., post what a great guy DonOLD is today, I attach the Access Hollywood tape. I'm having fun because their MAGA Cult are seeing it & clicking on my profile to see who I am. But no one is saying a word because what can they say? 🤣 One was a pastor. Oops. Okay, I'm done.

My mom passed away this week so I have been as tuned out as I can be. In her memory I do hope sound Democracy prevails. Trump was elected in November 2016 - my Dad died weeks before that apocalyptic event. My Dad was a proud veteran & my mom bragged about it too. With her passing, it will be easier for me to move to our family’s homeland & leave what should be a great country. I do hope the outcome - either way doesn’t drive me away. My folks were such proud Americans.
