Weekend Video, Jan 2, 2025

Hey everyone. The weekend video is a bit early to cover the happenings on the floor tomorrow, swearing-in and the speaker election. I give some behind the scenes on what its like as a member, and discuss what to look for as the speaker vote occurs.

This will be a year of some chaos, but I discuss how we can make it sustainable, without losing our minds. Bottom line, lets make sure we can maintain a pace that keeps us engaged, and doesn’t exhaust us. (We can do this!)
