Adam thanks for the share! I’m on an island. Called a Lib and Dem by maga family - literally I’m the only non-maga. My husband is now considered a RINO. I am an Independent. I see where liberals come in here & spout cranky stuff and mean stuff at you. I just don’t get it. We all have to be on the same team now - or same bunker as you said. I’ve lost so many family & friends over this election because the only way the relationships were staying intact was for me to stay silent & let them have their loud maga views, which included letting me know I was wrong all the time. It’s their identities. Fox News made sure of it. I have no faith they will ever snap out of it. I am 1 in 10 who has stood up & lost most relationships.
I also agree that language has gotten more crass and nasty since Trump. He has no respect for the office & no decorum & there is some emulation of that all around us.

I wish it were laughable, but it’s not! Maintaining sanity may be boosted by humor. Nevertheless, choas is real. Arrogant is an understatement describing Musk. Would you ask a successful well healed plumber to do cardio surgery? Being able in one area doesn’t translate to another. Brain melt of our society might be true. The soul of America revealed is a very sad reveal. Orwellian revealed in real time. The rise of the third Reich echoed.

As a Democrat it pains me to hear Charlie say that some Dems reject the never-Trumpers. Why on earth would they do that! I love both of you, and I love all the never-Trumpers because we Dems need all the help we can get! I think we should build on the center-left-center-right alliance, and form a new party or something. I'm just waiting for our leader to show up. (And who know, it might be you!) I'm a nobody with no power, but Adam you and Charlie, people listen to you. Keep up what you're doing and eventually we'll have our day in the sun.

I thoroughly agree that we who oppose Trump and Trumpism need to stick together in our fight to maintain the integrity of our country, and ultimately our way of life. Wonderful watch! I live in WI and enjoyed Charlie’s take on snow. Adam, I watched the Jan 6th inquiry pretty regularly and always appreciated you and Liz Cheney’s no nonsense demeanor. I actually subscribe to you and will be subscribing to Charlie now too. We have to have diversity in ideas to address this weird dystopia that has seemingly over taken the country to get to a sensible consensus. Uphill climb I know! Keep up the good work!
Hearing ya all talk about loosing friends I lost friends that I have known for 50 years, I am ok with it I could not in good conscience follow a cult. None of my close family fell for it either so I got lucky. Why didn’t I fall for it well I place credit to my Grandad.
My grandfather was an interest man he was a Goldwater Republican with the heart of a liberal. He was what people would call a Hill Billy and lived off the land, Little House on the Prairie. He had 6 grade education but when it came to politics and history he never met a book he had not read so it would be a mistake to underestimate him. He taught me to look at the facts in the issues and then make my choice as to who to vote for. So when I see or hear something just sounds clicks or off I will take a minute and find the facts that is there or well was that video slowed down for effect, or was words cut out or added to a tape. And usually I am right just by find the facts.
I think just sticking to facts will help bring some of this around to the other side. But also I think that people are going to have to feel some pain before they realize that the cult of Fox News is a part of their pain. The other day I turned on Fox and Friends and Ducey was say that Trump was just kidding, that he would never do what he was saying on the trail. Well now I guess we will find out.

As you are always with a silver lining, I want those who have the same fears I do, to really think about the reason for this season! I'm no near a preacher but I'm someone who has found a Light in the darkness. God sent Jesus to save those who were willing to accept His gift of love and acceptance from the darkness of those times. May we all look for pure Light that will help get us through these unholy days! May that same Light protect Adam, his family and Charlie!
