I just wish more younger people could comprehend in his own quiet way how he saved our country and brought back the respect of ours Allies. He honors veterans all the time while Trump makes fun of the soldiers who were killed or injured serving their country.
I often wonder dire the situation would be for Ukraine if Biden had not been president. He united and energized NATO in such a strong manner and used his diplomatic skills superbly. If Trump had been in office Ukraine would have been screwed.
Adam, we’ll be right there with you as you speak. Your voice needs to be heard if a new opposition party is ever to emerge from the ashes of what was once the Republican Party. We can’t afford any more Freedom Caucus or Mitch McConnell types who refuse to work willingly with opposing members but instead work to undermine and marginalize them. To see trumpublicans actively cheering for dictators is sickening. They can’t be gone soon enough.
So yes, you’ve got a lot on those shoulders of yours but I have no doubt you will be just fine. You have a broader, healthier vision for this country you served than that of other members who have been trying to sell us to the highest bidder.

For me personally I have felt such joy watching this convention! Everyone has been great but when Michelle talked about her mourning for the darkness in our country, I know I've been feeling it too! It felt great to release that feeling and inhale the hope that the last 2 nights have brought!🇺🇸

Ahhh.... I believe she said "golden escalator". (Well, one of them did!). Michelle Obama, Barack Obama, and Second Gentleman, Douglas Emhoff all gave amazing speeches... And gave me a night of peace and hope. I applaud you, Adam, for taking a stand. You are what all of us aspire to be - real, honest, not afraid to stand up for the rule of justice... And not afraid to tell the world that Donald J. Trump is a sad little conman. You are a true Patriot, Sir. I could never be prouder of you than right now. Americans need to treat each other with respect and Mr. Trump has caused a rift in this country that, if allowed to continue, will ruin everything we've ever stood for. And he said he would be a dictator on day 1 - Dictators don't stop being dictators - they are suddenly emboldened to take over everything and keep it where THEY want it. And the "Supreme" Court just gave him the right to do anything he wishes without consequence. We are in DEEP trouble if he wins. And I'm shocked that it will even be close.
