Amen, Adam. Take off the handcuffs, or Putin’s wartime economy and a willingness to sacrifice his people as cannon fodder as great as Stalin’s but for a cause more akin to Hitler’s will succeed unless Ukraine can make Russia scream the way Sherman did the South in our Civil War. Slava Ukraini!

Excellent information not heard or read by the media (that I get) in a concise package. We need to end this garbage sooner than later and stop dragging our feet. I do understand our and others hesitancy.

Thank you Adam! Take care.

Thanks for your detailed accounting of these events. You have a much better grasp of the situation than I ever could, and I thank you for enlightening.

Couldn’t agree more. Nice write-up Adam. Pootyboy is truly the epitome of a coward. He’s repeatedly shown this throughout his term and prior by his own actions. His fear of death is so obvious. Nothing has changed since the beginning of nuclear procurement. If they use nuclear weapons, he will die along with everyone else in his country. It’s simply a reality that we live with for decades. That reality is the only reason we are all alive at this very moment. Wondering if they found something emboldening in the top secret documents they have copies of from Mar-a-Lago. Can’t wrap my head around the fact that nobody seems to realize that russia and china have copies of every single top secret doc that was there. I have wondered if Adam has knowledge of this and because it is top secret, he’s bound by law not to reveal it.

Footnote: Adam, run for president if your wife will let you. You have indeed evolved through all of this and matured to point that you would and are capable of winning. I say this because it is true. Not as a -fan- idealism.

Just sayin. Be safe and take care.

(Update/clarification: I’m speaking of 2028) although Anything is possible.

One way to quantify the damage caused by divulgence of classified information is by numbering the body count of dead agents. Rather than doing so in order to find the rat, this time we know the rat but need to know what he dumped to the enemy. Did every secret the rat stole go to the KGB or China? Or which ones? The way you know is by following the trail of corpses. Those men and women served US interests, and died thanks to Chief Snitch.

I do understand what you mean in your response, your analysis. That is indeed an easier path to follow. I don’t think russia was taking the approach for the objective of finding those in the field or traders on their own end. With pootyboy’s hx in the kgb, he knows that trail can be followed. It’s pretty clear by the repeated alliance of frumpy brat child and Pootyboy, it’s more of the useful idiot combined with money. I have to say, your comment and how you characterized it was interesting to me. Cheers 🥂

I'm all for thinking before we act, especially when it comes to letting the momentum of war getting out of control and the nuclear threat. But, once we decide to act, we need to finally show our resolve and stick to it. We should do just enough to put Russia back in it's place and thinking about their domestic issues rather than taking their neighbor's lives and property. I see in this situation, Israel's position of wanting to finally end Hamas. Appeasement never works. History has shown this. In Ukraine, in addition to enabling response within Russia, the West should show resolve by perhaps mustering Polish and French troops so that Russia can see the resolve. They need to get out of Ukraine. No bargain for territory. After succeeding, add Ukraine to NATO and take away the indirect attack issue and make future consideration of attack by Russia, one which will call upon all NATO resources without hesitation. We need to make clear the red lines and hard stops to Russia and China.

Dictators only understand equal or greater force! Putin has, so far, gotten pretty much what he wants on his terms. Adam’s article really lays out the West’s incrementalism. Its not working and we look weak. That is what I wrote Biden last week. In my book its more than past time to put Putin on his back foot!🦶 Adam also wrote an op ed piece for CNN a few days ago along these lines. Its a good article; I recommend reading it.

Well stated and thought through comment. The Polish and French are indeed willing and truly seem to know the consequences of not winning this removal of a barbarian invasion. Your remark regarding taking their lives and property… resources…. Dead on correct Tim

Thank you Adam for your information today!I think it’s sad that the Ukraine 🇺🇦 had to wait for our help as long as they did!I blame the MAGA cult for this!I am glad that Biden finally was able to give them the help they needed and they can finally go after the Russian military!!!!

There’s a lot to blame on the cult fools. But the delay and the continued restrictions are on Biden. However, you have to remember that he’s working with and dealing with other NATO countries that are/were not willing to allow it as well. But, Biden could have took the lead on that in the beginning. Just being real and honest. I’m still going to vote for Biden and against all idiot followers who are seeking elections. Cheers 🥂

"Take off the handcuffs". Agreed.

Agree with Adam! Time to pay back to Russian atrocities, Crimea will be a good target to bring down Putin’s bluffing and rise Ucranian moral.

Next step must be help Ucrania to build up it’s destroyed infrastructure with frozen Russian assets.

Putin knows what happened to Hitler and other worlds fascist!

Totally agree. It's also extremely hypocritical to keep sending weapons of mass destruction to Israel, which are being used against civilians in Gaza, but to tie the hands of Ukraine fighting a mutual enemy.

My first comment on the Russia/Ukrainian war was to say that Ukraine could never win a war using only defense. It would be like a fist fight where Russia could use it's fists, and Ukraine could only use it's chin. It will still be difficult as Ukraine will still be mostly defensive. What would make Russia want to stop fighting?

Very good point you made there.

Thanks for this. I’d love to get your perspective for the layperson on the air war and the hoped impact of the F-16s.

Here’s what I have picked up— many of the missiles coming into UA are air-launched. RU planes don’t spend much time over UA-held territory, but operate from border areas, occupied areas, Crimea and Black Sea to attack. UA has had some anti-aircraft success, primarily from the ground. Is that mostly right?

How do the F-16s help? Keep the RU airplanes further away (or bring them down if they get close)? Attacks against land targets? There are so many drones in this war. Do crewed and uncrewed aircraft work together?

Second Tim! They can also go after triple layered Russian defense lines along the 800 mile border. Ukraine counter offensive was fool hardy without air cover and support. They paid dearly in lost lives and equipment. Now Ukraine soldiers are worn out and badly need replacements, but they are hard to find and will cost the Ukraine economy.

Regarding the 16’s, gives them the ability to carry the best munitions close enough to the destroy the jets and missile launch before they are launched and or in the air over russian territory. The 16’s could possibly enter russian space for an extremely high value target. Especially the huge missiles and glide bombs, that enables them (russians) to totally obliterate the city before they then can walk through the utter destruction.

I have said for over a year that Ukraine cannot win let alone protect itself without being allowed to strike deep into Russia! David, outnumbered 10 to 1 and more with weapons and ammunition cannot win against Goliath without having the same impunity as the Russians-strike anywhere;Russian civilians as collateral damage?Thats war. Unleash the Kraaken so that Ukraine can regain the time and territory its lost due to a dithering US Congress and weak Administration foreign policy. I wrote the Whitehouse that last week.

Absolutely! I just hope it's not too late, and, of course that DT doesn't get elected and ruin everything.

The Ukraine had been getting American aid since Putin annexed the Crimea. Putin thought that nobody would come to Ukraine's aid thanks to Trump. With Trump in the White House and trying to extort Ukraine for dirt on Joe Biden, Putin had little reason to fear retaliation for an invasion.

For whatever reason, he waited until Biden had been elected to invade. It was then that the world mobilized to help. The Russian Army turned out to be a bunch of amateurs lead by cutthroats. The war could have been over as you say, some time ago. Would Putin have accepted defeat? I kind of doubt it. He seems hellbent on rebuilding the unwilling Soviet Union.

I don't think that Putin necessarily wants WWIII either. I am sure that the Russian people don't want it. Too much of the world is against them.

Could it be that Putin believed Trumps BS rhetoric about Biden and figured that invading Ukraine under a Biden administration would be a slam dunk because the US would stay on the sidelines? I think it's a real possibility. Which means that another gullible fool was misled by the BS that comes out of Trump's mouth. Trump masterfully abuses the right to Free Speech.

I’m pretty confident that every single document in Mara Lago resort has copies in Moscow and Beijing. The top-secret documents, indicating a resistance to be involved under the Trump administration, well, that would explain things a little bit. You’d have to be a complete freakin idiot to think that they don’t have copies of every single one of those documents. Cheers 🥂

I think that is exactly what Putin thought. Don't say too much about it or Trump will try to take credit for that too.

Excellent commentary. It's too bad it took Biden so long to take the needed action. Now we just have to pray that Trump loses, or Ukraine ( and probably NATO) will be doomed.

Adam, this is very reassuring; just wish you could serve as advisor to President Biden. I fear his very cautious approach may be as someone else has posted “too little, too late.”
